What is the difference between a 3 wheel and 4 wheel scooter?
The biggest difference between the two types is that 3 wheelers have a better turning radius as compared to 4 wheelers.
How much time in advance do I make the reservation?
We recommend that customers make their bookings well in advance of their intended stay to ensure availability. For cruise travel and domestic hotels, we suggest booking at least 7 working days in advance, and for international cruises, we recommend booking at least 15 working days in advance. This approach also helps secure your reservation in case inventory becomes limited.

How do the customers get the equipment?
For hotels, the equipment is delivered directly in the front desk or concierge, on cruises you can find in the passenger cabin or stateroom.
Should I reserve my Equipment in advance?
Nicevacation4u accepts reservations up to a year in advance. Once your plans are firm then make your equipment reservation.
How do I know if my booking is complete?
Once you complete your booking and submit your information, the system automatically sends a confirmation of your reservation to the email you provided. We advise you to carefully verify all information before submitting to avoid any delay in receiving the confirmation. If you don’t receive a confirmation automatically, please contact us.
How do I select a scooter?
To ensure comfort and safety, a scooter first must possess adequate capacity for a persons height and weight.
How long does it take to fully charge the batteries?
Battery charging takes an average of 6 to 8 hours. In addition, all models include chargers with automatic shut off. This feature allows the user to plug in the charger at night and have fully charged batteries by morning.
